Must be done before competiting in any Australasian sanctioned competitions. Since 1 June 2007, any men wishing to play Gaelic games in Australasia must complete a 60 day sanction form, which means they cannot return to play in Ireland for 60 days prior to the sanction being approved by croke park. You are a sanctioned player. After completing this form, if you continue to play in Australasia for a period of 12 months or more, your club will be notified and you must complete a transfer to your Australasian. You become a transferred player. This is done by filling in the NSW transfer book and this can be done at the canteen in Auburn any Sunday during the playing year.If you registered before 1 June 2007, you are already a transferred player.All ladies must complete the NSW transfer book which can be done at the canteen in Auburn.
Players transferring from an overseas unit other than Ireland complete an Overseas Transfer Form. It is forwarded via a State Secretary to the Australasian Secretary who on forwards to Croke Park for approval.

To Transfer from one club to another in another State an Interstate Transfer Form must be completed. This is processed by the State Association and forwarded to the Australasian Secretary for approval.
